ATLAS QUANT FUND LP, is a Delaware Limited Partnership.
THE GENERAL PARTNER
ATLAS QUANT MANAGEMENT LLC (the “General Partner”) a Florida limited liability company, serves as the general partner of the Partnership. The Principal, as the managing member of the General Partner, controls the General Partner. The General Partner has ultimate responsibility for the management, operations and investment decisions made on behalf of the Partnership. The Limited Partners acknowledge and understand that the General Partner is not the investment advisor to any individual Limited Partner. The General Partner has delegated authority to its affiliate ATLAS QUANT ADVISORS LLC to serve as the Investment Advisor for the Partnership.
